The Aquafire Gatsby is the first freestanding model in the lineup — hassle-free mobility and plug-and-play setup with no installation at all. Drop it into an old hearth or set it anywhere you want a cool, hyper-realistic flame; it runs on tap water with no heat, gas, or venting. Not sure it's the right fit for your space?
Ships ready to use — fill the tank with tap water, plug it in, and turn it on with the included remote. No plumbing or installation required. Add the optional Vapor Pure Water Softener for hard-water areas.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.

Q: Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
A: For ready-to-ship items, contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify. We'll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn't shipped yet. For custom-made, made-to-order, and special order items, these are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins or the order is submitted to the manufacturer. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
