We ship throughout the continental United States.

All orders placed on our website are processed and fulfilled through our authorized distribution network. This ensures consistent product quality, proper handling, and reliable delivery.

Some items may arrive in multiple packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All shipments are coordinated and tracked to provide a smooth customer experience.

Shipping Options

We offer two simple shipping options:

• Free Shipping — All orders over $99 qualify for complimentary shipping
• Flat Rate — Orders of $99 or under ship for just $9.99

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. In the rare case that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If your item is available within the expected shipment window, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment Window

Delivery typically takes 5–17 business days from the date of order, depending on your location and the product ordered. Processing time is included in this estimate.

Shipping timeframes vary by product — please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate estimate, as we update these daily. Custom, made-to-order, and special order items will generally require additional production time before shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. We strive to ship as quickly as possible — your order may ship sooner than estimated, and you may receive multiple deliveries depending on what you ordered. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of placing your order, please follow up at orders@firstresponsefireplaces.com.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Freight Shipments

Items that are too large or fragile for standard ground carriers are shipped via freight. Freight carriers are specially trained to handle oversized and delicate items. Here is what to expect:

1. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date to your local freight terminal
2. The carrier will call you at the phone number provided to schedule a delivery appointment within 1–2 business days of terminal arrival — weekday appointments only
3. If you are unable to accept delivery within that window, please contact us as soon as possible
4. All freight deliveries are curbside only — the driver will bring the item to the curb and is not authorized to move it further. Arrangements for threshold or white glove delivery must be made before placing your order
5. Inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing — note any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Standard online checkout shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Please contact us directly for a shipping quote. Quotes are typically provided within 1–2 business days, and your order will not be charged until the shipping cost has been confirmed and approved by you.

Additional Information

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO addresses
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or refusal of delivery
• Refunds are not provided for delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control
