At 74 inches wide the EBL74 reads as an architectural feature rather than an appliance, but it still recesses into a 2x4 wall. That combination — very wide, very shallow — is the reason to choose it over a deeper unit that would force a framed bump-out.
It is also the one to pick if you actually want heat from an electric fireplace. Plugged into a standard 120V outlet it produces 4,200 BTU. Hardwired to two 120V circuits it doubles to 2,430 W and 8,290 BTU, rated to warm up to 400 square feet. Most electric units this wide are decorative only.
The EBL74 takes roughly 3 square feet of decorative media — crushed glass, droplets, pebbles, or rocks. Sold separately so you can match the room.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days.
