See-through, corner and peninsula fireboxes are unforgiving. A conventional burner is designed to be viewed from the front, so from the second side you are looking at the back of the log stack and the plumbing. The Slope Glaze Vista is built as a multi-sided burner — the flame and log arrangement are finished from every angle.
It is also an IPI system: electronic intermittent pilot rather than a standing pilot. Nothing burns between uses, which on a multi-sided fireplace — typically a large, prominent one that may sit idle through summer — adds up over a year.
The Vista is certified for both. Run it vented for the taller flame, or vent-free to keep the heat in the room. That flexibility is particularly useful in see-through installations, where flue draw can be harder to predict than in a standard firebox.
Available in 18", 24" and 30", natural gas or propane. Sizing a multi-sided burner is less forgiving than a single-sided one, since the log set has to present properly from both viewing directions — send us your firebox dimensions and we will confirm before you order.

A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
