Made in the USA, this complete fireplace system includes the firebox, mantel, burner, and logs—preassembled for quick, hassle-free installation. Ideal for smaller rooms, apartments, or supplemental heating, the Vail 26 provides 20,000 BTUs of efficient, vent-free warmth with the charm of traditional craftsmanship.
This fireplace is certified for zero-clearance installation and includes an integrated oxygen depletion sensor for safety. For bedroom installations, use the 10,000 BTU millivolt or intermittent pilot version where allowed by local codes. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and local building regulations during setup.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
