With a hand-painted log set and a natural flickering flame, the Vail 24 delivers up to 20,000 BTUs of warmth while operating at 99.9% efficiency. All installations must follow Empire’s certified framing and clearance specifications as outlined in the owner’s manual. Professional installation is recommended. Check local codes for vent-free fireplace use in bedrooms.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
