The Empire Vail Premium 32" Vent-Free Gas Fireplace offers powerful performance with refined aesthetics, bringing classic charm and efficient supplemental heat to your living space. With up to 32,000 BTUs of heat at 99.9% efficiency, this zero-clearance certified unit features a hand-painted log set, customizable liners, and a beautifully arched matte black screen front. Whether installed in a custom mantel or paired with one of Empire’s cabinet mantels, the Vail 32 enhances any room with warmth, elegance, and versatility.
Ensure installation complies with Empire’s certified framing and clearance requirements. Bedroom installations are not permitted for this model due to BTU output. Always install using a qualified professional and consult local building codes for vent-free appliances.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
