At Mason-Lite, we use the finest aggregate materials available to build our lightweight modular concrete fireplaces. One of the main ingredients is pumice, a natural-fired volcanic rock with tremendous strength.

Its lightweight attributes are second to none, and because of its pre-fired beginnings, pumice retains heat better than any natural aggregate available. The best sources for USA pumice are in the western states, convenient to Mason-Lite’s California-based production facilities. Pumice is formed when gas-rich, frothy magma rapidly cools, creating air pockets that contribute to its remarkable lightweight properties.

Because it is only half the weight and half the cost of traditional masonry fireplaces, Mason-Lite Lightweight Masonry Fireplace Systems help you realize your dream of having a fireplace in your master bedroom, upstairs retreat, or even your outdoor patio, without major building infrastructure reinforcement. The restful flicker and comfortable glow of the fire will provide you with years of treasured memories.

With the help of ICC-ES, Mason-Lite developed the structural testing and performance criteria (AC375) that would comply with the International Building Code (IBC), the International Residential Code (IRC), and the International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC). This allows building officials throughout the US to confirm that Mason-Lite fireplaces meet these stringent codes.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?

A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.

Q: When Will My Order Ship?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.

Freight Shipping

After processing, your order will ship and should arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your location
Your order comes with free lift gate service. The freight driver will use a lift gate to unload the shipment and place it curbside at your home. You’ll need to move the shipment from the curb to the end location. Please make sure your street can accommodate a tractor-trailer.
Upon delivery, you’ll be asked to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD). Before signing, inspect the shipment for visible damage. If damaged, refuse the shipment and call us for a replacement. Damage to products inside the shipment must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
