The Altitude X does not include interior panels and needs one panel kit fitted in the firebox. Choose MIRRO-FLAME heat-radiating reflective black porcelain, Black Illusion Glass, or Newport standard, Westminster standard or Westminster herringbone brick. The panels lift out with the logs for the yearly service. from $299.

A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
