Standard features include multi-level yellow and orange flame combination, charred split-oak log set, multi-level LED ember lighting, adjustable LED ceiling light, 5,000 BTU/120V (10,000-BTU/240V) electric heater/blower, 120V power cord and full featured remote control.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.
