Select the 24", 30" or 36" logs (using the Material # with the A & B suffiix) with a like size burner to complete your log set. Millivolt models are remote ready. Variable Remote models include a Pro-Flame remote control. Electronic models include a variable remote control. 24" sets are designed for large 36" fireboxes. 30" sets are designed for larger 42" fireplaces. 36" sets are designed for a 48" and larger firebox. THE MEGA-FLAME Series boasts a triple burner to achieve the look of a real wood fire! The burner is cantilevered to produce tall flames that will not be dwarfed by its massive 19″ high logs, the tallest in the industry. The MEGA-FLAME Series features two burners of bright yellow flames, plus a lower burner that creates a glowing ember bed. All models are heater rated with 99% heat efficiency and include a wood-burning grate appearance.

This unit is sold and shipped direct from the manufacturer; installation is by your own certified hearth installer, working from the manual below.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.

For custom-made, made-to-order, and special order items, these are final sale and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins or the order is submitted to the manufacturer.
