The Triple-Flame Series provides multiple rows of flame that give a unique flame presentation. All models include a wood- burning grate appearance and glowing ember bed. Pair 18" logs with a 18" burner. Pair 24" and 30" logs with a 24" burner. Variable Remote and Electronic Ignition models include a remote control with built-in thermostat mode and adjustable variable flame control. THE TRIPLE-FLAME Series features a unique triple burner and glowing ember bed at its base to achieve the look of a real wood fire. Flickering embers are achieved through the implementation of two unique technologies and the burner offers the distinctive feature of an additional row of flames behind the logs. The result is a striking appearance with a very deep flame pattern. All models are heater rated with 99% heat efficiency and include a wood-burning grate.

This unit is sold and shipped direct from the manufacturer; installation is by your own certified hearth installer, working from the manual below.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.
