VRT4536 models feature refractory panels in either stacked or herringbone design. This fireplace features a 30" tall opening with firebrick extending to the front edge. Standard Barometric dampers are factory installed on both sides, allowing for two AK 4 fresh air kits recommended for maximum performance. “Captivating” is the only way to describe these massive fireboxes. Designed for large interior applications, the VRT4500 Custom Series Vent-Free Gas Fireboxes feature a 30” tall opening and beautiful refractory panels for a realistic appearance.

A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
