An EPA Certified non-catalytic combustion-controlled wood burner. Standard features include an insulated firebox top and sides, steel log retainer, smooth refractories, efficient air wash system, outside air adaptor, outside air kit, heat activated factory installed 200 cfm blower, double air combustion control. Choice of multiple required door & façade combinations are available to customize the look. Approved for use with 6" Chimney - IHP Brand Model Snap-Pak The WCT4920 combines powerful high efficiency performance, mesmerizing flames, and controlled combustion heating from a compact 2.0 cu. ft. firebox. Choose from multiple square and arched, façade and door combinations to achieve an attractive style that is customized to individual taste.

Is the venting included?
No. Like every manufacturer, Superior sells the pipe separately because every house needs a different run. Use the 6 in. Snap-Pak Class A chimney page to pick the lengths, elbows and termination, or call us with your framing height and we will build the vent kit for you.
Do I have to pick a facade?
Yes — Superior requires one of the listed facades to finish the opening and it comes with the safety barrier screen. The Vista frame is the inside-fit option; the Reflection and Craftsman facades overlap the finished wall.
Who installs it?
This unit is sold and shipped direct from the manufacturer; installation is by your own certified hearth installer, working from the manual below.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.
