Standard features include an insulated firebox top and sides, heavy duty black steel door, ceramic glass, efficient air wash system, stacked textured refractory, cast iron log retainers, 175 cfm blower, outside air kit and an outside air coupler. Approved for use with 6" Chimney - IHP Brand Model Snap-Pak The WRT3920 high-efficiency EPA certified wood-burning fireplace is a compact and stylish heater. Advanced combustion system technology and variable combustion air control allow you to enjoy extended continuous burns, greatly reducing the need to add more wood to the fire. Is the venting included?
No. Like every manufacturer, Superior sells the pipe separately because every house needs a different run. Use the 6 in. Snap-Pak Class A chimney page to pick the lengths, elbows and termination, or call us with your framing height and we will build the vent kit for you.
Who installs it?
This unit is sold and shipped direct from the manufacturer; installation is by your own certified hearth installer, working from the manual below.

Q: Do You Ship to Me?
A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.
