Grand Canyon is known for their incredibly realistic, true-to-nature gas logs. The Aspen Kiva collection brings new style and beauty to the Native Series. Like all other collections created by Grand Canyon Gas Logs craftsmen, these logs are cast from real pieces of wood and then hand painted to perfection. However, this collection has an extra step added into the process. After the front logs are found, our craftsmen notch the center of the log and then set the log on fire. The fire burns through the log creating the most desired Aspen front. Once the logs are cooled, our craftsmen create the mold capturing the Aspen ends. This process would not be complete without our artist who brings life back into the cast logs, painting them to create a look as if they were burned in your own fireplace. This process  is repeated, making each front log unique to the set that it resides in. A Southwest favorite, the Kiva Collection has been found to be a very versatile burner system. Designed to fit Adobelite Kiva fireplaces, burners 18", 24" and 30" have actual overall widths of 12", 18" and 21". With an overall depth of 9" this burner packs a punch for its small stature.

Ignition/Control Options

Match Lit (Natural Gas Only): this is the most basic ignition system and is only available for natural gas. There is no safety pilot system. To turn on the burner just place your match or lighter near the log burner and turn on the gas via a key valve. You can control the height of the flame by adjusting the key valve. 

Manual (no remote) - Standing Pilot: this safety pilot kit features a low profile design with a standing pilot, manual on/off dial to control your log set. 

On/Off Remote - Standing Pilot: standing pilot system with millivolt valve. Your burner comes with an On/Off Remote as well as a manual On/Off dial to control your log set. You can also add a wall switch with this ignition system. 

Wall Switch - Standing Pilot: standing pilot system with millivolt valve. Your burner comes with a Wall Switch as well as a manual On/Off dial to control your log set. You can also add an On/Off remote control with this ignition system. 

Variable Flame Remote - Standing Pilot: standing pilot system with modulating millivolt valve. Your burner comes with a Variable Flame Remote to adjust the flame height plus On/Off control. You can also control flame height and turn the burner on/off manually via the manual dial. 

On/Off Remote - Electronic Ignition (battery driven): this ignition system does not have a standing pilot. Instead, the battery operating spark ignition activates when the log set is turned on & extinguishes the pilot when turned off. Everything is controlled via On/Off Remote control which is included with your burner. You can also add a wall switch with this ignition system. 

Wall Switch - Electronic Ignition (battery driven): this ignition system does not have a standing pilot. Instead, the battery operating spark ignition activates when the log set is turned on & extinguishes the pilot when turned off. Everything is controlled via a Wall Switch which is included with your burner. On/Off Remote also included. Because this system is battery driven, you can still operate your log set during a power ignition system. outage. 

Bluetooth/WiFi - Electronic Ignition (24V): this pilot-on-demand system requires 120V electrical power supply that is stepped down to 24V with an included transformer. This ignition system features a metal box (12” x 12” x 4”) that must be mounted within 5’ of the fireplace. This configuration comes with the WeatherSmart Bluetooth/WiFi control module which allows you to control your fire from your smart device OR home automation system.
