The Jade brings the linear look at a friendlier price: a 32" or 42" ribbon of flame over bronze crushed glass, IntelliFire Touch ignition and a slim 16" framing depth. Add the reflective black glass interior for a dramatic, mirrored fire.

A: We ship throughout the continental United States with free shipping on orders over $99 (flat rate $9.99 under $99). For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, which we'll provide within 1-2 business days. Orders to these locations are not processed until shipping costs are confirmed and approved. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery after shipment takes 5–14 business days depending on your location. Custom-made and made-to-order products require 2-3 weeks for production before shipment. Special order items typically take 1-2 weeks. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. For specific timing on your order, please contact us.
